Our door lock broke meaning that we couldn’t get into the garden, I called ACE and Paul came out the same day and opened the door and removed the broken lock, he left us with a door that we could use and secure until the next day when he returned with the correct replacement lock. Paul even adjusted the door so that it operates better, he left the job clean and tidy, his charge was very reasonable.
